If you are coming from elsewhere in DFW, this page is intended for customers who are close enough to drive samples directly to the lab rather than ship them.

Step 2: Look for the Moldlab door and Reserved Parking

Once you arrive, you will see that there are several processing laboratories in the building. Moldlab is the name to look for.

There is a reserved parking space out front for sample drop-off.

Step 3: Go to the Front Door During Normal Lab Hours

After parking, go to the front door at Moldlab. Business hours are posted clearly on the exterior door.

If you arrive during normal lab hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., you can walk in. No appointment is necessary.

Step 4: Bring Your Samples Inside

If you arrive during normal business hours, bring your samples inside the front door. Please place the samples in sealed Ziplock bags before handing them over.

A front desk team member will give you a short sample submittal form to complete.

If you have questions while filling out the form, the team can help walk you through it.

Step 5: Complete the Sample Submittal Form

Once the form is completed, the samples are accepted and moved to Sample Receiving.

That is it — you did it. You submitted your samples.

Now just wait for your invoice to arrive by email or text.

From there, the project moves through the lab workflow:

  • Prep
  • Analysis
  • Quality Control
  • Reporting

After the samples are submitted, an invoice will be sent through QuickBooks with a secure payment link for the laboratory analysis.

In many cases, that invoice is sent within 30 minutes. Once payment is received, the samples continue moving through the lab process.

When the report is ready, the PDF report is emailed to you.

If you arrive before the lab opens or after it closes, you can still drop off your samples.

Step 7: Use the Night Drop Box

Next to the glass front door, you will find:

  • brown metal Night Drop box
  • small green metal box containing sample submittal forms and supplies

Open the green box and take a submittal form and pen. Fill out the form completely.

Then take a Ziplock bag from the same box, place your samples and completed form inside, seal the bag, and deposit the bag with your samples and form in the brown Night Drop box.

Step 8: We Retrieve the Samples When the Lab Opens

When the lab opens, the team retrieves the samples from the Night Drop box and begins the same intake process used for front desk submissions.

An invoice and secure payment link will then be sent, and the samples move into processing once payment is received.
