Mold Lab Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase with Mold Lab. If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, we’re here to help!

Return Period:
You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility:

•  Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
•  Used or opened items cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact us at orders@moldlab.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom test kits, special orders, or products marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
